I Read Stories: Coyote Now Wears A Suit

Coyote Now Wears A Suit by Ani Fox

Coyote, trickster god, turns up in Hawai’i, which is not his normal place; our protagonist, a native Hawaiian with a masters degree and many secrets knows this. The protagonist is the only one who can see him. That is, he’s the only one who can see him as Coyote; everyone else knows he’s a cousin or something.

Trickster gods cause chaos and there is much ridiculous car crashing, secrets coming to light, people being arrested, family members doing their comic stuff and so on. It’s a deep dark story, packaged into a rolling, unstoppable hilarious slapstick farce.
