When a bee stings it tears it’s own guts out, killing it. It stings anyway. When bees are threatened they give off a signal. And then they swarm, and sometimes they sting. A woman was stung by a bee.

This was twenty five years ago, when her daughter was twelve. When her daughter was harassed by a man and then was stung. When she became the Hive Mind. A superhero, or villain.
