Teenage Zombies

Four teenagers go water-skiing (not shown) and they take a break on an island. There they discover Doctor Myra, a mad scientist who works in a lab coat and a backless evening gown and bracelets. She’s working on a gas to turn people into “zombies” so she locks the teens in a cage for testing.

There’s some hijinks, escapes, a double-cross and a brief appearance from a zombie gorilla (“zombie” “man in unconvincing gorilla suit”). It’s rather silly, has some cold war paranoia, and a few convoluted moments when to try and un-zombify people they attempt to outwit Doctor Myra, who is determined and smart.
