I Watch Videos: Next Slide Please
This is a youtube show in which every Friday (gone to fortnightly for the summer) one of the hosts (or sometimes a guest) gives a presentation on a topic of interest to the others, showing slides. Obviously it’s low-key but it’s all fun and they have great chemistry. Some of my favourite topics have included eels, fungi, Alcibiades, the game Monopoly, King Arthur being Welsh and the English having no sense of humour, and vtubers, that at last, finally explaining to me who the shark woman I keep seeing on twitter is.
Light-hearted fun that sometimes even educates.
