I Watch TV: Hitmen
Hitmen
Jamie (Mel Giedroyc) and Fran (Sue Perkins) are hitmen working for Mr K. They’re not very good at it. They have an old and dilapidated van. They have a love/hate/rivalry with Liz and Charles, other hitmen who have a much better van.
Each episode they try to kill someone, it goes a bit wrong with hilarious consequences. Jamie is too child-like and stupid to exist outside a comedy which is a pity as there’s the potentially better hitmen sit-com where her enthusiastic nonsense is less stupid.
Watch This: It’s quite funny, mostly in a dark way, sometimes in a ridiculous way
Don’t Watch This: It swings wildly from relationship comedy to pitch black murder comedy to slapstick to absurdity without rhyme or reason.
