I Read Stories: In The Snow Queen's Castle by Theodora Goss
A medium-long poem, in two parts. In the first part Kay is in the Snow Queen’s castle, in despair, knowing that he will freeze before he can solve her puzzle to get the magic skates to go home to Copenhagen. For no one is coming, no one loves enough to cross Finland in winter, especially if they lost their shoes, not even Gerda.
