Fox is a thief and Troll is their partner. Together they have taken a challenge to steal ten things for the Thief’s Gambit. They’ve got nine, and also a talking sword that Troll is keeping even though it’s not one of things they need.

The last thing to steal is Math and that’s tricky. They will have to consult Troll’s mother. And fearsome as she is, she is not the most dangerous entity they will encounter in the automaton haunted streets of Rookdrift.
