Curious Murmurs

A podcast in which Lea Mazzochi reads old stories. By old I mean 19th and early 20th century. By stories I mean weird and gothic and macabre, ghost stories and strange occurrences. By reads I mean it is a pleasure to listen to her, especially when she captures the arch tone of some of the light-hearted ones.

The real delight is in the choices, some that I already knew, some less-known (and strange) ones from well-known writers, some that I’ve heard of but never got around to reading and also odd things that I would never have come across on my own.
