Bolander’s fairytale has a princess who is a witch, a prince who can’t make up his mind and is annoying, but then starts to makes decisions and becomes even more annoying, three dinosaurs, and it flirts delicately with questions of freedom and power.
Also nudity.
This is old-school fairytale and by that I don’t mean it doesn’t have a feminist sub-text or that the dinosaurs don’t have feathers, I mean that terrible things happen and there will be a lesson at the end, but the lesson is not the same for everyone.
