This is cute time travel story. Because you can only travel in your own lifetime (like in quantum leap) to look at a particular event the time company have only one candidate, a hundred year old woman. She has her own ideas and priorities of course when she is back in 1905 and meets some people. She is determined not to change the course of history (probably impossible as then you would be in another stalk of the broccoli of time), but wants to fix the errors in her own way, not the way the time company wants.
