Hector Fofano is the master of Mexican food, one who has introduced new flavours and dishes into the American fast food industry. And more, new sauces into the supermarket aisle. Now he introduces his greatest invention, tortilla tape. A long strip of tortilla to use to patch up burritos and so on.

It’s a failure, his first. But he is not a man to stay down. Tortilla tape ought to work. If it doesn’t perhaps there’s another use for it.
